HOLIDAY CALENDAR

FLOATING HOLIDAYS
All employees will be eligible for two (2) floating holidays per calendar year. New hires hired after July will get one floating holiday.

Employees required to work on holidays will be paid holiday pay in accordance with applicable laws. When an employee is eligible for holiday pay, hours worked on a Company-designated holiday are paid at time and a half.PAYROLL AND HOLIDAY CALENDARS
All regular, full-time, and part-time employees are eligible for holiday pay immediately after their hire date. Full-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week will receive 8 hours of holiday pay. Part-time employees will receive holiday pay for the hours they were scheduled to work.
To receive your holiday pay, you must work all of your scheduled hours on your last scheduled day before the holiday and your first scheduled day after the holiday or have approved PTO.
Eligible holiday hours are counted as “time worked” when calculating your 40 hours in a given week.
New hires hired after July will get one floating holiday.
Floating holidays don’t carry over from one year to the other.
