Benefits Eligibility

If you are a full-time employee of the Blue Loop Group, you are eligible to enroll in the benefits outlined in this site.

Full-time employees are those who work 30 or more hours per week. In addition, the following family members are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage:

  • Employee’s current spouse, possessing valid marriage license, not annulled or voided in any way.
  • Employee’s child, stepchild, legally adopted child, a child under you or your spouse’s Legal Guardianship as ordered by a court, who is less than 26 years of age.
  • Employee’s child, regardless of age, who was continuously covered prior to attaining the limiting age as stated above, who is mentally or physically incapable of sustaining his or her own living.

When can employees enroll or make changes?

You must notify your HR team and complete an open enrollment benefit in ADP Workforce now within 30 days if you experience a Qualifying Life Event.

New Hires

New hires can enroll immediately after hire via our HRIS ADP Workforce now. Benefits will be eligible 30 days after the start date.

Open Enrollment

Open enrollment is a short period each year when you can change your benefits. Open Enrollment typically runs in June. The coverage period runs from July to June.  

Life-Changing Qualifying Event

Unless you experience a life-changing qualifying event, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next open enrollment period. Qualifying events include things like:

  • Marriage, divorce, or legal separation
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Change in child’s dependent status
  • Death of a spouse, child, or other qualified dependent
  • Change in employment status or a change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan.
